REVERSE ROTOTILLER
Tiller - Ideal for soil cultivation with the tractor!
Whether in the garden, on fields or in landscaping – a tiller ensures loosened soil, better aeration and optimal growth conditions for plants in a very short time. Did you know that a tiller can do hours of work in minutes? Thanks to its rotating blades, even hard soils are easily loosened, and organic material is evenly worked into the soil. A Victory tiller is available in working widths from 100 cm to 310 cm and can be used with tractors from 20 HP up to about 140 HP. Discover our field tillers in the shop!
Our product range for tillers includes 4 series:
The Victory tiller or reversible tiller is available in 5 product families for a working depth from 12 cm to 27 cm. Increasing working depth requires more tractor power for the tiller.
- HTLG Tiller 100 - 140 cm working width; up to 18 cm working depth; up to 45 HP tractor power
- HTLS Tiller 160 - 200 cm working width; up to 18 cm working depth; up to 70 HP tractor power
- HTLU Tiller 135 - 235 cm working width; up to 22 cm working depth; up to 90 HP tractor power
- HTLX Tiller 135 - 310 cm working width; up to 27 cm working depth; up to 140 HP tractor power
- SB Reversible Tiller 105 - 165 cm working width; up to 12 cm working depth; up to 60 HP tractor power
Working depth and power transmission of our tiller
Deep soil cultivation with a tiller requires stable power transmission of the device. From a tilling depth of 18 cm, a Victory therefore has a massive gear drive that transmits power from the angle gearbox to the rotor shaft.
Power transmission via common chain drives is unsuitable from a working depth of 18 cm. At Victory, power transmission is not done by chain as with a simple tiller, but via a heavy, maintenance-free oil bath gear drive.
This ensures that the heavy blade roller of the Victory operates with low vibration and the blades glide powerfully through the soil.
Why our tillers are so durable!
A Victory reversible tiller is always equipped with tiller blades made of high-quality and extremely durable aluminum steel. This also allows optimal work when the mounted tiller has to work hard and heavy soils.
The tiller from the HTLX series can be operated with different PTO shaft speeds. This makes it possible to reduce the rotor shaft speed of the tiller by up to half. Thus, the professional Victory HTLX can be optimally adapted to soil conditions.
To optimally position a tiller behind your tractor and cover the tractor track, all our tillers have a universal three-point frame with adjustable and movable lower link connections for Cat I or Cat II.
Under the heavy cover made of steel sheet up to 8 mm thick is the laser-balanced shaft on which flanges with hardened, individually replaceable angle or curved blades are arranged that evenly loosen the soil. Curved blades are optionally available for the heavy HTLX field tiller.
Tiller including freewheel gearbox and rear mudguard
The reinforced freewheel gearbox ensures that the heavy shaft can continue to run after switching off the PTO drive without transmitting the movement to the tractor. A heavy, height-adjustable rear mudguard is important for a mounted tiller because on the one hand it ensures better soil leveling, and on the other hand provides a stable safety cover.
Application areas of tillers
- Horticulture: Our models are suitable for loosening and preparing beds, mixing in compost and fertilizer, or removing weeds.
- Agriculture: Here a field tiller is used for cultivating large areas, improving soil structure and preparing for sowing.
- Landscaping: Soil cultivation for lawns, flower beds or garden areas is also possible with a tractor tiller.
- Forestry: Preparation of areas for reforestation or mixing in organic material are also part of the work spectrum of our tillers.
- Yard and property maintenance: A tiller is also used to loosen compacted areas, remove moss and improve the soil's water absorption capacity.
Scope of delivery with a Victory tiller
A Victory tiller is always delivered with complete equipment. This includes on the one hand a massive wooden transport box that ensures reliable transport of the tiller without scratches on the paint.
In addition to a multilingual operating manual, a Victory tractor tiller is always delivered with 2 x 2 L bottles of gear oil, so you can refill the oil levels of the delivered mounted tiller in no time.
Furthermore, massive PTO shafts with slip clutches are included in the scope of delivery of the tiller, so your tractor remains optimally protected. Except for the tractor three-point mount, which can be mounted in a few minutes, a Victory tiller is delivered fully assembled. It undergoes a thorough test in our factory, so you can start working with your new tiller after a short inspection!
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Which tiller you need depends on the size and condition of your soil. For smaller areas and light soils, smaller models like the Victory SB are suitable. If you need to work larger areas or harder soils, a more powerful tiller is recommended. Also consider ease of use, working width and safety features.
Proper maintenance extends the life of your tiller. Clean the machine thoroughly after each use, especially the blades. Regularly check the oil level and change the oil according to the manufacturer's instructions. Sharpen or replace worn blades and check screws and other moving parts for tightness.
The working depth depends on the tiller model and ranges between 12 and 25 centimeters. With our models, you can adjust the working depth individually to cultivate either the upper or deeper soil layers as needed. This is especially useful for different applications such as seedbed preparation or fertilizer incorporation.
