Application area of the HTLX rotary tiller

The Victory HTLX high-performance rotary tiller is a professional rotary tiller for the thorough cultivation of soil on medium and large fields, because with a working width of 235 to 310 cm and a working depth depending on soil conditions of up to 25 cm, the Victory HTLX rotary tiller is clearly superior to a conventional soil tiller from other suppliers.

With 540, 750 or 1000 rpm PTO speed, depending on the gear combination in the gearbox of the mounted tiller, eight different rotor shaft speeds between 175 and 324 rpm can be achieved. This allows your professional Victory HTLX rotary tiller to optimally adapt to soil conditions.

Technology of the HTLX rotary tiller

Unlike other rotary tillers offered on the market, we use up to 72 of the 1230 g heavy blades made of high-quality boron steel depending on the working width, which also deliver an optimal result when the mounted tiller has to work hard and heavy soils.

The power transmission is not done by chain as with a simple soil tiller, but via a heavy, maintenance-free oil bath gear drive, so that the heavy blade roller of the Victory rotary tiller runs with low vibration and the blades glide powerfully through the soil.

The universal three-point frame has adjustable and movable lower link connections for Cat II so that you can optimally position the soil tiller behind your tractor and cover the tractor track with the HTLX mounted tiller.

Inside the heavy, torsion-resistant double-walled housing made of 2 x 4 mm thick steel sheet is the laser-balanced shaft of the soil tiller, on which flanges with six hardened, individually replaceable L-shaped angle blades each are arranged, which loosen the soil evenly. Curved blades are available for the heavy HTLX rotary tiller on request.

The reinforced freewheel gearbox ensures that the heavy shaft can continue to run after switching off the PTO drive without transmitting the movement to the tractor.

The heavy rear mudguard of the Victory HTLX rotary tiller is height-adjustable and equipped with spring spindles to achieve better soil leveling and also serves as a safety cover.

A massive T9 drive shaft with slip clutch is included in the delivery of the HTLX rotary tiller, so that tractor and rotary tiller are optimally protected.
The gear oil for angle and side gearboxes is also included in the delivery of the Victory rotary tiller.
The standard counter flange holds the L-shaped tiller blades even more reliably and prevents loosening of the blades even on very hard ground.
The heavy spring-supported rear plates reliably level the loosened soil by a double-sided extension beyond the normal working width, so that tracks - especially in combination with the optional front scraper discs - are hardly visible.
For the Victory HTLX soil tillers, front support wheels for optimal depth control and side scraper discs for improved leveling of the tracks are optionally available as a set.
