Intra-Community Delivery
If you have a valid VAT ID number and the billing and delivery address of your order is in an EU member state (except Germany), you can automatically shop in our online store without the German VAT. To do this, simply create a customer account (do not order as a "guest") and enter your VAT ID number in the corresponding field of your customer data. The online shop will then automatically check the number and switch your customer account to VAT-free purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently offer you 9 payment methods to choose from in Germany. Surely the right one is among them for you.....
After you have added a product to the shopping cart, it will be displayed to you as follows:
If you have already decided to use a Paypal payment method, you can click directly on the Paypal icons "Paypal Checkout" or "Pay Later".
But you can also click on "CHECKOUT" and then select from all payment methods later.
Here are the payment methods as they will be displayed to you during an order after you have entered your address and selected the shipping method.
If you select PAYPAL, Paypal will offer you additional payment methods such as purchase on account, installment payment, direct debit or credit card.
Also with "KLARNA Pay Now" you have additional payment methods such as direct debit or credit card available.

The payment service provider Paypal has summarized all payment methods in one menu item. After you click on Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal website and can select the payment method you want to use there.
This can be the well-known Paypal online payment system, for which you need a corresponding online account, but you can also use classic payment methods such as "purchase on account" "installment payment" or "direct debit" for which no Paypal account is required.
Purchase on account: With "purchase on account" you pay only after you have received the goods.A PAPYAL account is not required. The amount is due within 30 days from the order of the goods. Payment is made by normal bank transfer. Paypal currently limits the purchase volume per order to €1,500, creditworthiness assumed. The billing and delivery address you provide must be the same. Please use the same spelling as in your identity card.
Requirements:
+ Billing address in Germany.
+ Billing address = delivery address. (for freight delivery you can provide us with a changed address if necessary)
+ Purchase value including shipping costs up to 1,500.00 EUR (creditworthiness assumed).
Credit card: Paypal also offers you payment by credit card. This does not require a Paypal account.
Direct debit: Paypal currently limits the purchase volume per order to €1,500 - creditworthiness assumed. A PAPYAL account is not required. The billing and delivery address you provide must be the same. Please use the same spelling as in your identity card.

2. KLARNA Installment Purchase
The Swedish payment service provider KLARNA offers a very flexible installment payment where duration and installment amount can be designed according to your wishes. You only need to provide your address (identity card) and date of birth and the installment payment can be completed immediately (creditworthiness assumed). The field "Company name" in your billing and delivery address must remain empty, as this payment method is reserved for private individuals only.
Attention: Use this payment method only if the delivery time in our shop is less than 30 days, otherwise the order must be repeated later.
3. KLARNA Invoice
The Swedish payment service provider KLARNA offers purchase on account up to €5,000 turnover per order. The payment term is 30 days from the shipping date. You only need to provide your address (identity card) and date of birth and the purchase can be completed immediately (creditworthiness assumed). The field "Company name" in your billing and delivery address must remain empty, as this payment method is reserved for private individuals only.
Attention: Use this payment method only if the delivery time in our shop is less than 30 days, otherwise the order must be repeated later.
4. KLARNA Pay Now
To pay an order immediately with KLARNA, you have Sofortüberweisung, direct debit and credit card available. The field "Company name" in your billing and delivery address must remain empty, as this payment method is reserved for private individuals only.
5. Prepayment with 3% discount
When paying by bank transfer, you pay the invoice amount minus 3% discount into our account. The discount will be automatically credited to you when choosing this payment method and automatically shown on the order confirmation you receive by email. As soon as your payment has been received in our account, the goods will be shipped, at the latest on the next working day. Please enter the order number transmitted in the confirmation email as the purpose of use.
SHIPPING
Shipping of our tractor attachments within Germany, as well as to most European countries is free of charge.
Shipping is carried out depending on the weight of the shipment by parcel service or freight forwarder.
Up to 31.5kg we ship your purchase by POST, DPD or UPS.
Above that we usually ship your purchase on a pallet by freight forwarder.
Almost all our machines are transported in wooden crates specially designed for the individual models, ensuring the best possible transport safety. Delivery by our freight forwarder usually takes place by truck with tail lift within three days after receipt of payment.
Please ensure acceptance of the shipment during normal business hours.
If you wish express delivery (next working day) or require telephone notification, additional costs will be incurred.
For spare parts orders, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.50 within Germany and €19.90 within the EU.
