Application area of the BX 52RSH wood shredder with tank and pump:

The new Victory BX-52RSH is a powerful and robust, yet easy-to-handle wood shredder with hydraulic feed for material up to 15 cm diameter. The scope of delivery of the BX-52RSH wood chipper includes a PTO shaft with safety shear bolt as well as Cat I upper and lower link pins. If a wood shredder is to be used by two tractors with different hydraulic fluids that must not be mixed, a wood chipper with its own hydraulic system is the solution.

For optimal working results of the wood chipper, your tractor should have about 30 to 60 HP and a PTO speed between 540 and 1000 rpm.

The direct PTO drive of the wood chipper rotates a newly designed 42 kg heavy and carefully balanced rotor, on which four reversible knives made of hardened tool steel are mounted. The fast-spinning rotor cuts the wood between 35 and 60 times per second.

The wood shredder has its own hydraulic system with tank and pump and thus drives the flexibly mounted feed roller, which is equipped with several rows of metal teeth and ensures reliable feeding even of wet wood. The completely newly designed roller guide allows efficient adjustment to a wide range of branch diameters.

Even smaller branch forks are time-savingly compressed by the hydraulics of the BX-52RS wood shredder, so you can save yourself cutting open most branch forks.

The wood is chipped into pieces about 1 to 3 cm in size depending on the setting of the counter knife and the selected feed speed of the hydraulics and is thrown out by the strong air suction of the wood chipper's rotor equipped with wings, making clogging almost impossible, the faster the rotor disc spins.

For difficult materials such as fir branches, thuja or reeds, 750 or 1000 rpm working speeds can also be used, provided your tractor has this PTO speed, to generate an even stronger airflow.

Technology of the hydraulic shredder:

The new Victory BX-52RSH wood shredder / wood chipper is equipped with its own hydraulic tank and powerful hydraulic pump and therefore does not need to be connected to the tractor's hydraulics. The chipper naturally has a double-sided suspension of the feed roller. This allows fast but also comfortable working.

The large safety bar is used to operate the hydraulic function and controls both direction and speed (FORWARD – BACK – STOP) of the feed in conjunction with a hydraulic valve, so that clogging can almost always be eliminated by the "reverse gear".

With the stepless adjustable feed speed of the wood chipper, the shredding performance can be very easily adapted to the type and diameter of the wood.

Smaller diameters can be fed and shredded faster by the wood shredder than larger diameters.
