Application area of the BX 52 Wood Chipper:

The Victory BX-52 is a powerful and robust, yet easy-to-handle wood chipper for material up to 15 cm in diameter. The BX-52 wood shredder naturally includes a PTO shaft with safety shear bolt as well as Kat I upper and lower hitch pins with additional bushings for Kat 2 mounting.

For optimal results, your tractor should have at least 30 HP and a PTO speed of 540 RPM.

Technology of the BX 52 Wood Chipper:

The direct PTO drive (540 RPM) rotates the 35 kg heavy rotor in the wood chipper, on which four 21 cm long reversible knives made of hardened tool steel are mounted. The high-speed rotor in the wood shredder cuts the wood up to 67 times per second, reliably drawing in the material.

Depending on the setting of the counter knife, the wood is shredded into approximately 1 to 3 cm pieces and expelled by the strong suction of the rotor equipped with blades in the wood chipper, making clogging almost impossible.

The counter knife of the wood chipper can be precisely adjusted from outside with a clearance of 0 to 5 mm from the rotor knives, allowing you to easily set the size of the wood pieces.

For difficult materials such as fresh pine branches, Thuja, bamboo, or reed, up to 1000 RPM working speed can be used (if your tractor supports this PTO speed), as the rotor in the Victory BX-52 wood chipper is balanced and operates with minimal vibrations even at this high speed.
 

The heavy 16 mm thick rotor disc in the wood shredder is equipped with special replaceable branch crushers to effectively process even the thinnest branches. The rotor is driven directly by the supplied joint shaft. The rotor shaft is therefore extremely robust and fully hardened.

The Victory BX-52 wood chipper is very easy to maintain, as the rotor cover can be opened by loosening just one screw, providing access to the knives. For transport, the feed chute can be easily folded up and secured with a pin. The stand of the BX-52 is designed so that the wood shredder can also be moved easily with a pallet jack:
