Application area of the BX 52 wood shredder:

The Victory BX-52 is a powerful and robust, yet easy to handle wood shredder for material up to 15 cm diameter. The scope of delivery of the BX-52 wood chipper naturally includes a PTO shaft with safety shear bolt as well as Cat I upper and lower link pins with additional bushings for Cat 2 mounting. 

For optimal work results, your tractor should have at least 30 HP and a PTO speed of 540 rpm.

Technology of the BX 52 wood shredder:

The direct PTO drive (540 rpm) rotates the 35 kg heavy rotor in the wood shredder, on which four 21 cm long reversible knives made of hardened tool steel are mounted. The fast rotating rotor in the wood chipper cuts the wood up to 67 times per second and thus reliably pulls the material in.

The wood is chipped into pieces of about 1 to 3 cm size depending on the setting of the counter knife and is thrown out by the strong suction of the rotor equipped with wings in the wood shredder, making clogging almost impossible.

The counter knife of the wood shredder can be precisely adjusted from the outside with a distance of 0 to 5 mm to the rotor knives, so you can easily adjust the size of the wood pieces.

For difficult material such as fresh fir branches, thuja, bamboo or reed, even 1000 rpm working speed can be used (provided your tractor supports this PTO speed) as the rotor in the Victory BX-52 wood shredder is balanced and still runs with low vibration at this high speed.
 

The heavy 16 mm thick rotor disc in the wood chipper is equipped with special replaceable branch breakers so that even the thinnest branches can be effectively processed. The rotor is driven directly by the supplied PTO shaft. The shaft of the rotor is therefore extremely massive and fully hardened.

The Victory BX-52 wood shredder is very maintenance-friendly, because by loosening only one screw, the rotor cover can be opened and access to the knives is obtained. For transport, the feed chute can be easily folded up and secured with a pin. The base of the BX-52 is designed so that the wood chipper can also be easily moved with a pallet truck:
