The Victory BX-102RS-H wood shredder / wood chipper is an extremely powerful wood shredder with its own hydraulic system (hydraulic tank and pump) and two feed rollers with leading performance data in this device class.

Application area of the BX 102 RS-H wood shredder:

The Victory BX-102RS-H wood chipper delivers its optimal working performance at about 70 to 90 HP tractor power. With the help of the tractor-independent hydraulic system, whose hydraulic pump is driven by a toothed belt, the wood is pulled into the shredder as two counter-rotating spike rollers pull the wood into the hopper. Your tractor therefore requires no hydraulic connections. If a wood shredder is to be used by two tractors with different hydraulic fluids that must not be mixed, a wood chipper with its own hydraulic system is the solution.  The shredder and hydraulic system are driven via the supplied safety PTO shaft with slip clutch. Depending on the tractor's PTO speed, a hydraulic pressure of up to 250 bar is generated, with up to 12L/min hydraulic oil pumped from the 8L tank.

This allows fast but also comfortable work with the wood shredder. The feed rollers are mounted with high-quality ball bearings, ensuring smooth operation without jamming.

The large safety bar serves as the control for the hydraulic function and regulates the direction (FORWARD – BACKWARD – STOP) of the feed, so that blockages can almost always be cleared by the "reverse gear".

Depending on the setting of the newly designed L-shaped counter knife and the selected hydraulic feed speed, the wood is chipped into pieces about 1 to 5 cm in size and thrown out by the strong airflow of the rotor equipped with wings, making clogging almost impossible. The new counter knife completely covers the cutting area on the rotor disc and ensures an even better shredding of thin branches that previously could slip past the knife disc. The shredded material is thus more uniform than with other shredders and can be better used, for example, for wood chip heating systems.

For difficult materials such as fir, thuja or spruce, as well as bamboo or reed, 750 or 1000 rpm working speeds can also be used, provided your tractor has this PTO speed. This creates a significantly stronger airflow that effectively blows out even moist material.

Technology of the 102 RS-H wood chipper:

With the continuously adjustable feed speed via a hydraulic valve on the BX-102RS-H, the shredding performance of the wood chipper can be very easily adapted to the type and diameter of the wood. Smaller diameters can be fed and shredded faster than larger diameters. Depending on your tractor's PTO speed, you can further increase the working speed. The rotor disc is balanced up to 1000 rpm and then also generates a significantly stronger airflow.

On the 30 mm wide and 197 kg heavy rotor of the BX-102RS-H wood chipper, four 32 cm long knives made of hardened tool steel are mounted, which shred wood pieces up to 23 cm diameter into 1 to 5 cm small pieces. Additional wings on the rotor provide the necessary airflow so that even difficult materials like fir, thuja or spruce are reliably transported out of the Victory BX-102RS-H.

Inside the massive rotor housing, additional replaceable branch breakers are installed to effectively shred even small branch diameters.

The discharge chute is at a height of 240 cm, can be rotated 230 degrees, and achieves a discharge distance of up to 12 meters depending on the position of the deflector flap. Loading trailers, containers or big bags is targeted and possible.

Optionally, a discharge chute extension of 50 cm to 290 cm is possible, so that even large truck trailers can be easily loaded. The capacity of the wood chipper is about 15 m³/h depending on the wood type.

New with the Victory BX-102 wood chipper is an easy-to-open service flap under the lower feed roller, so that wood residues can be easily removed and moving parts are very easily accessible for maintenance. Also new is the trouble-free access to the feed roller system where the adjustable counter knife is now located.
Due to the special design of the feed hopper, the feed rollers sit very close to the rotor knives, which results in wood pieces that can no longer be held by the rollers being very short.
 

Only two screws need to be loosened and then the upper feed roller together with the massive support frame can be folded up, allowing quick and efficient maintenance of the feed rollers.

The new foldable and with 112 cm extremely wide feed hopper can be easily operated via the safety bar, which is easily accessible from all sides.

For transport of the wood shredder, the hopper can be easily folded up by one person and secured without tools. On the BX-102RSH wood shredder, access to the rotor and knives is gained by loosening only one screw, allowing maintenance work to be carried out quickly and easily.

Due to the strong suction of the 197 kg heavy rotor equipped with additional specially shaped wings, clogging of the BX-102 is almost impossible. Since the hydraulic feed rollers can also rotate backwards at any time, blockages can be effectively cleared in the shortest time.
