What makes the new single-shaft shredder for wooden pallets so special?

The slow-running PS1300 shreds wooden pallet waste safely and efficiently. The performance is up to 30 pallets per hour, which corresponds to a volume reduction of about 4:1.

The Victory PS-1300 Pallet Shredder pays for itself in less than 12 months with appropriate utilization.

The PS-1300 is extremely user-friendly as it operates without hydraulics and control levers and involves only one step: placing the wood and cardboard waste into the shredder. The pallets are shredded automatically, and in combination with the optionally available conveyor belt, metal parts are separated and discharged. The shredded material can be immediately filled into, for example, big bags and generate sales revenue. Ergonomic operation and easy maintenance are part of the recycling concept. The electric drive features an automatic reverse function in case of motor overload as well as foreign object protection. This minimizes downtime and maximizes machine availability.

The result is a homogeneous, contaminant-free raw material that can be used as mulch for natural landscaping or as biomass fuel. This shredded material can either be used in-house for energy generation or sold profitably.

How to shred wooden pallets particularly efficiently with the PS-1300 Pallet Shredder?

The Victory PS-1300 is available as a system solution. In addition to the shredder, we optionally offer (extra charge € 1,980) a conveyor belt that removes screws and nails from the shredded material using a magnet. In this way, shredder and conveyor belt can produce uniformly sized wood chips free of metal parts in a single pass, which can be immediately reused, for example, filled into big bags. Depending on the use of the wood chips, different sized perforated plates can optionally be used to influence the size of the wood chips.
