Application area of the Victory SB soil reversing rotary tiller

The Victory SB reversing rotary tiller is the ideal soil tiller for optimal seedbed preparation and can be operated on any tractor with Cat I three-point hitch. The tiller can be laterally offset by up to 120 mm to cover the tractor track.

With a working width of up to 165 cm and an adjustable working depth of - depending on soil conditions - up to 12 cm, the Victory SB reversing rotary tiller is clearly superior to conventional reversing rotary tillers from other suppliers in the entry price segment.

Unlike other rotary tillers offered on the market, depending on the working width, we use between 20 and 32 of our 550 g heavy blades made of flexible boron steel, which deliver an optimal result even when hard and heavy soils have to be worked.

There are always 4 blades on a flange of the rotor shaft, so the soil is optimally and quickly loosened.

Technology of the Victory SB soil reversing rotary tiller

The Victory SB reversing rotary tiller can be laterally offset by up to 120 mm behind the tractor to optimally adapt to the track width of the tractor. The drive of the rotary tiller is via tractor PTO shaft to a heavy-duty bevel gearbox. The rotor shaft of the reversing rotary tiller is driven by a maintenance-free, oil-bath running, reinforced chain.

Depending on the working width of the soil reversing rotary tiller, up to 32 blades are mounted spirally on the shaft, which can be replaced individually. The blades of the reversing rotary tiller, made of high-strength aluminum steel, weigh 550 g and loosen the soil with 220 rpm up to 120 mm deep.

The massive, powder-coated housing of the reversing rotary tiller consists of 4 mm thick steel sheet, the side walls even of 8 mm steel, as the laser-balanced rotor shaft of the soil reversing rotary tiller with up to 32 rotary blades is suspended there.

The reinforced freewheel gearbox of the reversing rotary tiller ensures that the heavy shaft can continue to run after switching off the PTO drive without transferring the movement to the tractor.
 

The function of a reversing rotary tiller is as ingenious as it is simple. The rotary blades rotating against the direction of travel pick up the soil and throw it against a steel sieve grid. Coarse soil components are sifted out through the grid of the rotary tiller, whose bars can be replaced individually, and fall into the tilling pit.

The soil cleaned of stones, sods, plant residues, and surface vegetation by the sieve grid of the reversing rotary tiller is neatly deposited above. The rear protective plate of the reversing rotary tiller is height-adjustable to achieve better soil leveling and also serves as a safety cover.

The large, height-adjustable grid roller of the soil reversing rotary tiller presses the worked soil down via the two laterally mounted spindles and serves for uniform recompaction of the soil.

The result: A perfectly cleaned, seedbed-prepared and compacted surface.

A PTO shaft with adjustable slip clutch is included in the scope of delivery of the Victory SB reversing rotary tiller, so you can optimally match tractor and soil conditions for the soil reversing rotary tiller.

The gearbox oil for bevel and side gearboxes is also included in the scope of delivery of the Victory soil reversing rotary tiller.
