Application Area of the HTLG Field Tiller
The Victory HTLG rototiller is the ideal field tiller for thorough soil cultivation on smaller areas, because with a working width of up to 140 cm and an adjustable working depth of - depending on soil conditions - up to 18 cm, the Victory HTLG field tiller is clearly superior to conventional tillers from other suppliers in the entry price segment.
Unlike other field tillers offered on the market, we use between 18 and 36 of our 610 g heavy blades made of flexible boron steel depending on the working width, which also deliver an optimal result when hard and heavy soils have to be worked.
There are always 6 blades on a flange of the rotor shaft, so the soil is optimally and quickly loosened.
Technology of the HTLG Small Tractor Field Tiller
The power transmission of the HTLG rototiller is not like other mounted tillers via a service-prone chain or drive belt, but via a heavy, maintenance-free oil bath gear drive, so that the heavy rotor shaft of the rototiller runs with low vibration and the blades glide powerfully through the soil.
The rotor shaft speed of the Victory HTLG field tiller is 270 rpm and thus reliably crushes even hard soils.
Under the heavy housing of the Victory rototiller made of up to 6 mm thick steel sheet is the ball-bearing and laser-balanced shaft, on which flanges with six hardened, individually replaceable tiller blades are arranged at about 25 cm intervals, which loosen the soil evenly.
The universal three-point frame of the Victory HTLG rototiller has adjustable and movable lower link connections for your Cat I tractor or small tractor, so that the position of the field tiller behind the tractor can be easily shifted, allowing the working width of the mounted tiller to cover the track width of the small tractor.
The reinforced freewheel gearbox of the HTLG rototiller ensures that the heavy shaft can continue to run after switching off the PTO drive without transferring the movement to the small tractor.
A driveshaft with adjustable slip clutch is included in the delivery of the HTLG mounted tiller, so you can optimally match the small tractor and soil conditions with the Victory field tiller.
The gearbox oil for angle and side gearboxes is also included in the delivery of the Victory rototiller.
The new, spring-loaded safety rear flap of the rototiller is freely adjustable. This allows the HTLG field tiller to achieve better leveling of the loosened soil.
